So it has been about 2 years. Sorry, I am not good at keeping this blog up but Im still glad I have it to look back on everything and to share it with you kids. I came on to get Adams birth story to post on facebook, I cant believe your 5 boy wow it just amazes me. And Chloe your 6 going to school and everything you will be out of Kindergarten soon and then Adam you will be in Kindergarten. Genevieve your 2 1/2 and girl I love you but you are not a baby any more lol you walk around acting like your 6 months old still. Well its late and Im making pancakes for the birthday boy in the AM.

Fall festivities 2010

Halloween 2010; We had are little "party" with home made pizza bagels, doughnut holes, and apple cidar. You kids loved helping us make the pizza. After it got dark we went out trick or treating, I did not plan on taking you to alot of houses but more than what we got the chance to do, after the 7th house it began to down pour and on top of that it was freezing and windy so we ran home. I must say for only 7 houses you got alot of candy. I sadly do not have pictures. Chloe was a ballerina Adam was a farmer, and Genevieve was grump bear.

Thanksgiving- Lots of food and fun. for the week of Thanksgiving we made some cute projects and I tought you the real story of thanksgiving which I will add at the bottom of this. We had a wonderful dinner and Grandpa Allen, Amber, and Amani joined us which made it even better.

The real thanksgiving story

Pilgrims came to America looking for riches and found Native Americans, the natives took sympathy for these strange white people. The Natives showed the white people how to grow food and hunt. They had a big feast to show there thanks for the fall harvest. Some time later the white people (pilgrims) raped the woman and children, killed some and in slaved others. Years later more white people came and killed off the buffalo so that the plain Natives had no food and were forced in to reservations. Now in 2010 Native Americans still live on reservations. So when we celebrate thanksgiving we celebrate the fall harvest and show how thankful we are for family friends and everything else in life.

Genevieve turns 1

My baby girl is 1. :'-( I cant believe how time has flown. Genevieve you are so loved by your mommy and daddy. We had a simple little birthday for you (always remember quality not quantity) Your brother and sister helped you open your gifts. Your first gift which I gave to you early was a new pair of soft souled shoes that were custom hand made, a bouncy zebra, a bounce horse, a big play block activity center, little people zoo, crayons, paper, and some "needs" sippy cups, and suction bowl that buy the way did not work on our wood table.

You had your first sweets a cup cake with no frosting, I wanted to make you a special organic cake but it never happened. Mommy and Daddy love you so much you are my little princess/ side kick. I know you must grow up but to have you be my little buddy for a while longer would be nice :-)

Summer 2010

Chloe, Adam, and Genevieve,


The last few months were very busy for mommy and daddy we had to move again and had to deal with some very mean landlords. But we moved in to a 3 bedroom apartment and boy did we need the space and its so much nicer but theres no yard.

We are nearing the end of the summer, it is August. We are waiting and hoping that your Grandma will come and stay with us but Im not sure if its going to happen. Genevieve started walking in July I am so proud. Chloe and Adam I had to cut your hair oh how I was sooo sad to do it but you were getting heat rashes and I had no choice.

Lots of cold showers since we moved in to the pines(are new apartment) we arent allowed to have pools or slip n slides here. You love the new apartment its full carpet and you have a huge room.

We already started in to school a little bit, you both(chloe and adam) enjoy it but get bored easy.

We welcomed a new baby cousin. Amber had her baby girl June 16th and named her Amani Janet.

Your mother earth

Kids,

I am sitting here thinking of your future, I am praying that you will have one. About a month ago there was an oil rig explosion it killed 11 people that were working on it, now there are billions of gallons of oil being poured in to our mother earths waters they have tried a few things to fix it and nothing has worked. There are theories that in 2012 we will all die, if we do I can see it being from the oils spilt this year. And if this happens you will not be reading this but if you are reading this we made it threw and I thank god for that.

I want you to love your mother earth just as you love me. Do not liter, do not cut down trees, make sure to re use, renew, and recycle as much as you can, use cloth over paper, glass and metal over plastic, avoid buying new.

There are many beautiful creatures on our earth and beautiful plants and flowers please love them and care for them.

Daddy thinks Im crazy, and I hope he is right.

a letter to my kids,

This whole blog is almost like a letter to my children but alot of added tuff for memories but right now I want to just write to my kids ....

Chloe,Adam, and Genevieve;

As I write this you are all playing in the living room with mega blocks, I am in the dining room drinking coffee and using the laptop. Just before I decided to write you all a letter I watched a video about a little boy who was abused very badly for 4 days straight and then he was find dying ... he did not make it this just happened last month April 11th 2010. I cried and then I went and huged all three of yo and told you how much I love you. Now that Im feeling so sad for children who are beaten and some even to death I feel like I need to wrote you all and say sorry for every time I smacked you butts and I am even feeling guilty for giving you time outs right now. I want to teach you that hitting is not the answer and love is always the way to go when you grow and have your own children I want to be the person you look up to and say "this is how my mom did it" and it be the right way. Fighting hitting screaming are all the wrong things to do, yes mommy and daddy lose it sometimes and yell and scream and fight and cry but we still love each other and we will both work hard to love all three of you and not get to mad when you do naughty things and to listen to your problems and to always take your feelings into consideration. I love you all.

More 2009 the move and more

We moved to a very nice apartment in August 2009. I was very pregnant I always am when we move it seems. Everything was going great. We started preschooling in September and we were really doing good both kids had a lot of fun learning.

In the beginning of October Genevieve arrived and our lives changed again. We had alot of fun with the new baby in the house it was exhausting getting used to have 3 kids it still is pretty exhausting but its also very full filling and wonderful.

Halloween we just stayed home and had a little party just for us it was very cold and rainy that year.

We found out that Aunt Amber is pregnant and she is having a girl she is due July 5th 20010.

Thanksgiving was very nice we had Grandpa, Amber, Amanda Lee, and Ashley over.

Christmas was special but not big. The kids wrote letters to Santa and got one back which was so very cool.

New Years eve was fun, we didnt do much just had some wine and good food, the kids ate and ate and then passed out before the ball drop, I almost fell asleep feeding the baby but I managed to stay awake.
